Processing Time All Nexora Timepieces watches are made to order. Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Pre-order items, including the Verdant Collection, ship within 6–8 weeks of order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times after dispatch are typically 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for expedited shipping. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Nexora Timepieces is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Pre-Order Shipments Pre-order items are crafted in limited batches from our atelier in India. Estimated ship windows are provided at the time of purchase. We will notify you promptly of any changes to your expected ship date.
